Abstract
Because of its strength-to-weight ratio, resistance to corrosion, and design flexibility, carbon fiber reinforced polymers, or CFRP, have completely changed structural engineering in the automobile, civil infrastructure, and aviation industries. Conventional analytical approaches generally underestimate CFRP's complicated anisotropic behavior, interfacial phenomena, and damage progression processes. Advanced computer modeling, multiscale analysis, and experimental methods allow CFRP structure optimization with remarkable accuracy and dependability. The research examines how these factors affect delamination factor, surface roughness, thrust force, and mechanical qualities including tensile and flexural strength. The research seeks ideal machining settings to reduce CFRP composite drilling flaws and increase quality.
